Objectives of the meeting:
- to get to know method: systemic constellation work about “learning between generations”
- to share experiences about intergenerational issues with the learners

In the meeting took part 6 partners organizations. Two of them brought their learners to participate in the training using the method of constalation work.
On the first day we visited the training centre, both classess and administration getting to know all the staff. Then learners took part in Italain and Spanish clasess to get an idea about the teaching. In the meantime project leaders from all the institutions gathered to discuss current issues and project advancement in every country. A whole afternoon was devoted to Workshop with the participants using the method: systemic constellation work about “learning between generations”. We chose a subject where we had to find a solution using this method. Jürgen Will (teacher) explained the rules and benefits from using the methods in different fields.

Objectives of systemic learning and teaching
Constructivistic – systemic background, in the sense that everybody has a different idea of the reality
Evoke learning competences hidden in the inconscious
Stimulate all sensorial channels (visual, auditiv, kinaesthetic, gustatory, olfactory)
Discover the diversity of resources being in learners and teachers
Orientation and transparenc for learners and teachers
Training of communication competence, mainly non violent communication, being able to recognize the own patterns of communication and if important to change them
Enlarge the flexibility of action of the teachers in difficult situations

The next day we had a Welcome meeting with the president of the board : Mrs. Karin Kölln and also with the Mayor deputy.
To end the meeting there was evaluation session along with exchanging views on intergenerational learning with participants in partners countries.

A „Generációk közötti párbeszéd” projekt második találkozójára Vaterstettenben, Németországban került sor. A találkozó célja az volt, hogy a résztvevők megismerjék az ún. „constellation” módszert, amely közel áll a Hellinger-féle családállítás módszeréhez, továbbá megosszák tapasztalatainkat a generációk közötti tanulás témakörében.
A 6 partnerszervezet közül kettő – a célcsoportot figyelembe véve – bevonta idős tanulóit, hogy részvételükkel segítség a felkészítést, és megismerjék a projekt módszertanát, felépítését. Az első napon a partnerszervezetek képviselői és az idős tanulók meglátogatták a képzési központot, megismerkedtek az oktatókkal. Az idős tanulók olasz, illetve spanyol nyelvórán vettek részt. Eközben a projektvezetők megbeszélték a várható eredményeket a projekt előmozdítása érdekében. A délutáni workshop keretében a résztvevők megismerkedhettek a módszerrel a „generációk közötti tanulás” témakör  kapcsán. Jürgen Will elmagyarázta a módszer különböző területeken alkalmazható előnyeit és szabályait.
A találkozó végén a résztvevők kiértékelték a foglalkozások eredményeit, hatásait, megoszthatták véleményüket a „generációk közötti párbeszéd”  kapcsán.
